Hugh McTavish, a Progressive Democrat, is running in the Democratic primary on August 11th to win the party nomination for Minnesota’s Second Congressional District to face the Republican challenger in November. The primary is extremely important. Please show up to vote!

Primary Election Day is Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
Vote by mail or in person June 26 through August 10.
Register in advance by July 21 to save time on Election Day.
